The Seniors 60+ Section has a member ship of approximately 70 members of which 45-50 play on a regular basis.
Tuesday is the day when the Seniors 60+ section play, and during the summer season we have a once a month medal competition, with a mixture of stableford, scrambles and 3 ball betterball competitions during the rest of the month.
We also have inter-club matches in a home and away basis, either annually or bi-annually, currently against Senior Sections from Lossiemouth, Keith, Fraserburch and Strathlene. We also arrange two club outings per year to various courses and also arrange block bookings for our members to take part in Senior Open Competitions.
During the summer season we have two matches with members of the Ladies Section which are always enjoyable occasions.
During the winter season we usually have stableford competitions on the Tuesdays and also two matches against the Senior Section from Turriff Golf Club which are always a very tight contest.
We also have a Christmas Dinner which is always very well attended and thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Golf balls are awarded to the winners of all our competitions etc., with more prestigious prizes being awarded at the end of the season prize giving ceremony.
